1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AnyVoice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Voice Cloning Consent
You may only clone voices for which you have explicit consent from the voice owner, or your own voice. Cloning public figures, celebrities, or third parties without consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Commercial Use
Free plan users may not use generated audio for commercial purposes. Creator, Studio, and Scale plan subscribers receive full commercial rights to their generated audio output.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not use AnyVoice to create content that is defamatory, fraudulent, sexually explicit, or designed to deceive. AnyVoice reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts in violation of these restrictions.
5. Intellectual Property
AnyVoice retains all rights to its underlying technology. You retain rights to your input voice samples and, on paid plans, to the generated audio output.
6. Liability Limitation
AnyVoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months preceding any claim.
